Rolling Hills Research Corporation Formed

Sept 6, 2002 - Rolling Hills Research Corporation, a California Corporation, was formed today.  Under a mutual agreement between RHRC and Eidetics Corporation, RHRC purchased the assets and rights to many of EC's products and services.  Mr. Brian Kramer, formerly the Vice President of Engineering for the Eidetics Corporation, is the new President and CEO of Rolling Hills Research Corporation.  Also joining Mr. Kramer from Eidetics is Dr. Michael Kerho, RHRC's new Chief Aerodynamicist, and Mr. Dustin Bouch, research engineer.

Rolling Hills Research Corporation has purchased the sole rights to the Eidetics^® line of water tunnels, research, and laboratory equipment. RHRC also maintains core strengths in software development and high fidelity, real-time, aircraft simulation.
