AWARDED ARMY PHASE II SBIR

2003 - Rolling Hills Research Corporation
is pleased to announce that it has been selected by the U.S. Army Research
Laboratory for a Phase II Small Business Innovative Research award. The
RHRC program is entitled "Advanced Rotor Aerodynamics for Dynamic Stall
Alleviation Using Robust Flow Control." Dr. Michael Kerho will act as
the Principle Investigator for the program, which will draw on his expertise in
airfoil design and computational fluid dynamics. The program will seek to
alleviate the dynamic blade stall that occurs in helicopters at high forward
rates of speed through the use of robust flow control techniques.
